Right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager to view the CPU performance
Reason :- You might have missed an windows update/not updated properly
Step to Fix the problem:-
1, To check this update. Go to Start and click Settings or the settings icon. Then go to Updates & Security > Windows Updates.
2, Under Update status and do one of the following:If the status says Your device is up to date, go to the next tip.
3, If the status says Updates are available, select Install now.
4, After updates download & installation completed
5, Restart your PC, and then see if your PC is running better.
