HIKVISION DVR/NVR/IP CAMERAS FIRMWARE UPGRADE TO RECOVER FROM DEAD DISPLAY

Download the TFTP Server software from here
Unzip it on the PC root folder Eg: D:/
Download DVR/NVR/IP Camera Firmware from hikvision website
Copy the firmware file to TFTP folder and unzip the file
Make sure the unzipped firmware is named: digicap.dav
Assign the IP address of your computer/ laptop
Modify the PC address to: 192.0.0.128, mask: 255.255.255.0
Turn off PC firewall & Antivirus temperarily until this process ends
After the above setting, Reboot the DVR/NVR/IP device, and the automatic tool can detect the device, and update.
