1, Make sure DVR is connected with internet & configured proper IP (Better enable the DHCP Mode for easy way to connect internet)

2, Also Hik-Connect service is enabled in your DVR followed by
Menu -> Configuration > Network > Platform Access (Via TV/Monitor display)
3, Tick on the Enable box then pop screen will appear,
4, Tick on Terms & Condition & create a Verification Code
5, Click on Apply button to save the configuration
6, The successful configuration the status will become Online

7, Now setting up Hik-Connect connect on your mobile phone
8, Scan/Download & install from the hikconnect app from hikvision website (https://appstore.hikvision.com/)

9, Once Installation complete then open app and select your Region/Country, then press Login and then Register. Follow this process through as instructed by the app
10, After Login you can see the Add Device or “+” Icon on Right side top
11, Click on the option “Scan QR Code” then the mobile camera will open
12, Scan the DVR QR code(Hikconnect app application) image from the DVR Display

13, Once QR code scanned & added with mobile App then the DVR camera can access from remotely Via Mobile/PC
